Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 72 hours before midnight on the arrival date. For cancellations made within 72 hours of midnight on the arrival date, a penalty equal to the full cost of the stay will be charged.

The following dates are an exception, during which free cancellation is permitted up to 7 days before midnight on the arrival date. After the 7-day deadline, the full amount of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation.

Non-refundable bookings are also excluded from the above cancellation policy.

The property will verify the validity of the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation by carrying out a pre-authorisation. By accepting these terms and conditions, the guest authorises the property to charge the pre-authorised amount as payment for the stay on the day of check-in.
